Senior Loan Processing Team Lead

This is a senior role in our mortgage processing team. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead the team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and submit pre-prepared mortgage applications with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with strategy team to respond promptly to MIRs (More Information Required) from lenders.
  • Manage high-volume application workflows with meticulous follow-up and tracking.
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, and various third parties.
  • Liaise with conveyancers and manage discharge processes with outgoing lenders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years mortgage processing experience with demonstrated end-to-end application management.
  • Proven team leadership experience with ability to train and develop others.
  • Deep understanding of Australian lending criteria across multiple lender panels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Apply Online and mortgage processing systems.
  • Exceptional written English for client and stakeholder communication.
