As a seasoned professional, we seek an organised and efficient Customer Success Manager with exceptional problem-solving, multi-tasking and project management skills to join our team.

This role involves building strong trusting relationships with the Sales Team by being proactive and providing timely and accurate administrative data-driven support so they can focus on their core strengths ... Sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and professional support to the Sales Team and wider business, undertaking a wide variety of administrative, support and coordination functions working with both internal and external parties.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Attending relevant meetings, recording meeting notes, documenting key takeaway and action items.
  • Creating and maintaining records in CRM/ERP, and ensuring all data is up to date, organised and accessible.
  • Developing and preparing correspondence, documents, reports and presenting in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Assisting in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

About you:

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and demonstrated 3-5 years in a Customer Success Manager position, or similar, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills across multiple calendars in a project support or coordination capacity.
  • Demonstrating a high level of technical competency, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including SharePoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team or autonomously.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of and maintenance of professional and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skill with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, positive 'can do' attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated with the drive to succeed.
