Job Title: EDI Developer

We are seeking an experienced EDI developer to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our existing workflow.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, with a solid understanding of JSON data formats, 834/X12 transactions, CSV/Flat file writing, SFTP processes, and EDI standards.

They will be responsible for EDI & Data Transformation, assisting in removing Orderful from existing processes, transforming data from JSON to X12 in BigQuery, and improving overall efficiency. Additionally, they will review SQL scripts and documentation in BigQuery to ensure best practices for file generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • EDI & Data Transformation: Assist in removing Orderful from existing processes, transforming data from JSON to X12 in BigQuery, and improving overall efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Review SQL scripts and documentation in BigQuery to ensure best practices for file generation.
Requirements
  • Desirable Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data management and integration processes.
  • Solid proficiency in Python programming, with knowledge of JSON data formats.
  • Strong experience with 834/X12 writing and practical knowledge of EDI standards.
  • Experience with CSV/Flat file writing.
  • Familiarity with SFTP processes for secure data transfer.
  • Integration proficiency – ability to troubleshoot and optimize end-to-end workflows.
  • Technical writing skills and high attention to detail for documentation and process clarity.
  • SQL experience, with BigQuery highly preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
