Electronic Data Interchange Specialist

At KITSCH, we are seeking a motivated and talented EDI Analyst to provide production support and coordinate new EDI implementations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring EDI systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the Order Management Team and Warehouse to maintain uninterrupted Daily Business Processes.
- Monitor EDI communications to ensure uninterrupted data exchange with partners.
- Utilize the EDI application dashboard and reports to assess overall system health.
- Process and track all inbound and outbound EDI transactions daily.
What are we looking for in you?
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field.
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or related field.
- EDI Experience.
Required Skills:
- Managing SPS Commerce.
- Expertise in analyzing written materials and quantitative data to interpret findings and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of Operations Management Principles and Practices.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Proficiency using Logistics Software Systems to Track Shipments, Inventory and Orders.
- MS Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
