Remote Customer Service Representative

Our car rental company is growing rapidly and seeks an exceptional customer service representative.
This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.
Responsibilities:- Assist the claims team with claim resolution, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including tolls and parking tickets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and text, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage CRM systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in customer-facing or administrative roles is preferred.
- A background in marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent phone handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a dedicated workspace with a minimum i5 10th Gen processor, 8GB RAM, and a dedicated video card or integrated graphics card. A wired internet connection of at least 20MBps is also required.
