Welcome to a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in helping small business owners succeed by guiding them through the process of building business credit.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Engage with clients primarily over the phone and email, providing professional, clear, and friendly customer service to empower our clients.
  • Utilize online systems, including HubSpot, to manage tasks and client communication (training provided; prior HubSpot experience is a plus but not required).

This is a full-time Contract position that requires an 8-hour shift, work hours could be between 9 am - 7pm ET. Competitive compensation: Starting hourly rate is $6.00 USD per hour. We practice and live our core values on a daily basis and have integrated them into all we do and are.
