As an Advising Assistant, you will play a key role in guiding small business owners through building business credit, consulting with clients over the phone and email, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships and providing guidance on building business credit
  • Using online systems to manage tasks and client communication (training provided)
  • Providing friendly, clear, and professional customer service to empower clients

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, technical aptitude, teamwork abilities, responsibility, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements include:

  • A native speaker or fluent English language with a neutral accent is required
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace are necessary
  • You must be available to work 8-hour shifts during US Eastern Time business hours
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
