Role Description

The PRIME Financial Advisor's responsibilities include offering financial planning and investment guidance to clients, crafting long-term financial strategies, and assisting clients in reaching their financial objectives. Daily duties involve conducting portfolio evaluations, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and nurturing client relationships. Additionally, the Financial Advisor will educate clients on financial options and strategies, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or any related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Insurance Commission, IIAP, SEC, or similar) are a plus but not required
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales, Marketing, or any related roles
  • Preferred industry: Insurance, Financial Services, Direct Selling, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Banking, BPO, or Real Estate
  • Experience in Insurance Sales is a plus
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Ability to create and implement sales strategies that align with market trends and business goals
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain a client base
  • Sales recognition for exceeding targets is a plus
Communication Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Has an understanding of the unwritten and written rules when utilizing social media
