Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Credit and Finance Advisor to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in helping small business owners achieve success by guiding them through the process of building business credit.

Your day will be filled with diverse and fast-paced activities, including approximately 20 calls per hour (inbound and outbound), as well as email correspondence.

  • You will consult with clients primarily over the phone and email, utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide professional, clear, and friendly customer service.
  • You will leverage our online systems, including HubSpot, to manage tasks and client communication (training provided; prior experience with HubSpot is a plus but not required).

This position requires strong analytical skills, fluency in English, and a native speaker accent or similar. You should also possess a customer-focused mindset, be tech-savvy, a team player, responsible, proactive, quick learner, and multitasker.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (a plus)
