Job Overview

We're seeking a results-driven professional to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure seamless operations.

This role combines the flexibility of a Virtual Assistant, the structure of a Project Manager, and the leadership of an Operations Manager.

As a key team member, you'll take full ownership of tasks and projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to find answers and drive results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Go High-Level automations, including troubleshooting and A2P approvals.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented individual.
