Technical Sales Engineer

This is a challenging opportunity to join our technical sales team as a Technical Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers and partners across the EMEA region.

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our sales team to provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle. You will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and partners, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers and partners
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Understanding customer and partner needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Working closely with the sales team to deliver successful sales cycles

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical presales role in cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of MDR, EDR/XDR, and SIEM/SOAR solutions
  • Strong presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends and competitors
