Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring learners receive seamless technical support and mentorship, guaranteeing an effective learning experience across various platforms.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues to provide timely resolution of learner queries via chat and email.
  • Offer technical assistance with networking, Linux, and Windows systems, helping learners troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Mentor learners by providing guidance on foundational learning materials.
  • Assess exams for OffSec certifications, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  • Test, verify, and validate products, lab systems, and features to ensure quality and functionality before release.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and drive successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Linux, and Windows systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear support via chat and email.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail for troubleshooting.
  • Experience in guiding or mentoring individuals in cybersecurity subjects.
  • Ability to develop and improve processes to drive operational efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
