Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our most strategic customer relationships, focusing on Cybersecurity as a service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage named accounts to ensure engagement and satisfaction over the lifetime of the customer.
  • Establish key connections within the customer organization, conducting regular check-ins to comprehend and address client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in customer accounts, leveraging these relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with the customer to develop a collaborative plan for success, maintaining an in-depth understanding of their business goals to drive high levels of customer satisfaction, adoption of Sophos technology, and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with our brand promise of delivering superior cybersecurity outcomes, facilitating the expansion of services and products.
  • Monitor customer analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to reinforce the value of the customer solution and identify areas for improvement in customer experience and solution optimization.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in customer success roles, with additional experience in customer support, sales, or business development being an asset.
  • Experience working with large-scale customer accounts with significant spends, exceeding $80k USD.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build positive business relationships, with a track record of driving customer success.
  • Ability to translate customer issues and needs into actionable business or solution requirements.
  • Comfortable positioning themselves as trusted advisors to senior executives in large organizations and capable of developing strategic account plans.
  • Fluent Japanese language proficiency to cater to the Japan market.
