Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Native-level fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English are mandatory for effective communication with our global clientele.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create a positive first impression with new customers, establishing strong relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
