
Customer Experience Advocate

The ideal candidate for this role will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely responses to incoming customer inquiries
- Provide detailed attention to each customer, giving them an experience that makes them feel valued
- Manage client concerns to deliver resolution, or if necessary, coordinate escalation
- Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate level of proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Active problem-solving skills
- Effective conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Proactivity and initiative-taking
- Ability to actively problem solve, thinking outside the box
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Must be available for a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT)
- Must be able to work in Australian time-zones
- Required to work on non-national Australian public holidays
