Project Lead

A seasoned professional with a strong background in quantity surveying, architecture, and project coordination is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the UK market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pre-construction activities including takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.
  • Technical oversight of project execution.
  • Reviewing plans and proposing value-engineered alternatives.
  • Contract setup and post-contract project management.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position that requires excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining strong communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
