We are seeking an experienced customer experience professional to lead our global function. This strategic role drives satisfaction, loyalty, and operational excellence throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Success Leadership - Define scalable strategies to support growth and own the end-to-end customer experience.
- Sales Enablement & Channel Coordination - Enable consultative sales process through client communications and oversee quote and invoice creation using specific software platforms.
- Post-Sales Operations & Aftersales Support - Manage client onboarding, equipment setup, and respond to customer inquiries regarding product use and ongoing support.
- Shipping, Damage, and Returns Management - Lead customer communications related to logistics, damages, and return claims, ensuring fast and clear resolutions.
- Process Improvement - Monitor recurring operational pain points and identify opportunities for automation or process streamlining.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing operations or customer success with leadership experience.
- Background in e-commerce operations; experience with relevant software platforms preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
