Payroll Specialist

Job Overview:

This position involves providing comprehensive payroll management services for Australia and New Zealand-based entities. The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of experience in AUS payroll, familiarity with Kronos, Oracle HR, and general ledger systems, as well as proficiency in English.


Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and statutes.
  • Conduct audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop knowledge of salary taxation, benefits, and other related factors.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and queries by collecting and analyzing relevant information.
  • Provide support and guidance for process improvement projects.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in AUS payroll.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and wage attachment.
  • Familiarity with Kronos, Oracle HR, and general ledger systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
