Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand entities.

You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Payroll, to resolve questions received through the ticketing tool and email. Your key responsibilities will include preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Australia and New Zealand.

You will also conduct audits of payroll records, familiarize yourself with taxation laws, and resolve payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, reconcile, file, and lodge payroll for Australia and New Zealand entities.
  • Ensure compliance with government statutory requirements.
  • Conduct audits of payroll records.
  • Familiarize yourself with taxation laws and regulations.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in AUS payroll.
  • Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment.
  • Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems.
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills in working with a diverse population.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
