Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand entities.

Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in AUS payroll, with knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems. You will also possess great interpersonal skills, proficient English language skills, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Aus and NZ
  • Conduct audits of all payroll records
  • Familiarize yourself and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information
Requirements:
  • 3 years experience in AUS payroll
  • Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment
  • Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
  • Great interpersonal skills in working with a diverse population
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
