Job Overview

Solution assessment consultants play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the quality of assessment services. Their primary goal is to help organizations define a strategic roadmap to achieve their objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preliminary Analysis: Understanding customers' business objectives and technical requirements, articulating relevant benefits and outcomes through solution assessments.
  • Discovery Process: Determining optimal platforms to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Data Analysis: Completing analysis of collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Key Insights Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customers and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Supporting seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant teams.
Opportunities for Growth

Candidates will leverage and grow critical career skills in collaboration with Microsoft Solution Assessment teams. They will also benefit from a broad network of relationships across Azure, BI, Software Asset Management (SAM), Marketing, and Consulting solution areas.

Required Skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Cloud Technology Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions, as well as related solutions and tools.
  • Assessment Experience: Practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage assessment discovery platforms.
  • Governance Model Workshops: Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer Cloud migration reasons and goals.
