Product Analyst Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our global retail deployment program. This is a full remote position, with work aligned with the Central European Time timezone.

As a key member of our team, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives. You will lead business analysis (interviews, process mapping, documentation) to support solution design, own and manage retail projects within global deployment programs, plan, coordinate, and execute retail system rollouts, including boutiques and infrastructure, drive gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking, lead cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution activities, collaborate across teams to align solutions, resolve SAP/POS/GK integration issues, and ensure compliance, maintain documentation, dashboards, and SLA reporting, provide stakeholder updates, escalate issues, and mentor team members, and support retail solutions and coordinate escalations with technical teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Conduct business analysis to support solution design.
  • Manage retail projects within global deployment programs.
  • Coordinate retail system rollouts, including boutiques and infrastructure.
  • Drive analysis and tracking of project requirements.
  • Lead cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution activities.
  • Collaborate across teams to align solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting.
  • Provide updates and escalate issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SAP UI5/Fiori, GK POS setup/troubleshooting, Sovia inventory tools.
  • Experience in infrastructure coordination, EFT terminal deployment.
  • Skilled in business analysis (use cases, process flows, user stories).
  • Familiarity with cutover, hypercare, incident management.
  • Ability to investigate OSS notes and manage project deliverables.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Work Environment:
  • Full Remote (work aligned with CET timezone).
Contract Duration:
  • 24 months.
