Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate and analyze business operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to optimize business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial scalability.
  • Support strategic initiatives by assessing the financial impact of business decisions across Product, Sales, and Operations.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
