The HR Officer – Business Partner at Robinsons Supermarket Corporation is responsible for supporting the HR Manager in driving the people agenda for assigned business units.

The Business Partner works closely with leaders to deliver key HR processes, such as talent planning, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute organizational transformation plans and initiatives, including reorganization, talent development, advancement planning, talent reviews, career management, coaching, etc.
  • Develop succession plans and individual development plans for key talents with line managers
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and employee experience
  • Provide expert advice to management on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with exposure in Organization Development, Employee Relations/Labor Relations, and HR Business Partnering
  • Retail industry experience is highly valued
