We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist to join our Customer Care team. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate engagement activities, generate impactful communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and possess strong communication skills to effectively convey key messages across various organizational levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Facilitate Engagement Activities: Organize and implement engagement initiatives within the Customer Care department to promote team cohesion, morale, and overall employee satisfaction.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and various departments to assess the impact of engagement activities and analyze financial costs associated with these initiatives.
  3. Generate Impactful Communications: Develop and disseminate clear and engaging communications related to key announcements, new activities, and other relevant updates within the Customer Care team.
  4. Communications Calendar Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to create, maintain, and adhere to a formal communications calendar that ensures timely and consistent messaging across the organization.
  5. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from employees regarding engagement initiatives and communications, using this data to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on engagement activities and communication effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for leadership.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create professional documents and presentations.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
  5. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for enhancing employee engagement and communication strategies.
  8. Work Schedule: 8 PM – 5 AM PHT (night shift)
