  8. You will assist in the preparation and organization of training programs, seminars, and events, ensuring that all employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

  9. Benefits Administration:

  11. Qualifications:

    4. Thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations.
    5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    7. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    8. Proficient with basic office applications program.
    9. Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City.
