- Talent Acquisition:
You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and success. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, creating job postings, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
- Employee Engagement:
You will design and implement programs to increase employee satisfaction and retention, including recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions. You will also analyze employee feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Performance Management:
You will develop and implement performance management systems and processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and evaluation. You will also assist in the development of performance management plans and ensure that all employees receive regular performance evaluations.
- Training and Development:
You will assist in the preparation and organization of training programs, seminars, and events, ensuring that all employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Benefits Administration:
You will administer benefits programs, including processing payroll, monitoring employee attendance, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related courses.
- Demonstrated strong experience in a leadership role.
- Must have comprehensive experience and knowledge in recruitment processes and strategies, policy making and implementation, training and development, employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, conflict resolution and management, and other aspects of HR.
- Thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with basic office applications program.
- Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City.
