As a Marketing Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers to drive business growth. This role requires effective communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs and budget, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Nurturing: Use email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
  • Sales Handoff: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.

This role also involves analyzing lead generation performance, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Outreach Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
