NEMT Partnership Coordinator

">About the Role:

As we expand into the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) sector, we are seeking a dedicated team member to support our outreach and partnership efforts.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and maintain a list of national and state-level NEMT brokers and key contacts.
  • Send outreach emails, schedule calls, and follow up with brokers and vendor onboarding teams.
  • Prepare and submit capability statements, RFP forms, and introductory documentation.
  • Coordinate document collection from affiliates (insurance, licenses, compliance forms).
  • Maintain a CRM or outreach tracker with current status, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Assist U.S.-based leadership with administrative and operational support for NEMT onboarding.
  • Ensure all broker requirements (e.g., vehicle compliance, HIPAA, background checks) are tracked.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, outreach, credentialing, or virtual assistance.
  • Strong written and spoken English; confident in professional email communication.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable working across multiple systems.
  • Experience working remotely for U.S.-based clients (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Trello/Asana, and Zoom.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or transportation industries is a plus.
