Job Title: Account Outreach Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for connecting with campus dining professionals across U.S. colleges and universities to schedule video interviews and gather critical information about gluten-free accommodations.

This role involves research and outreach efforts aimed at building strategic partnerships that enhance the student experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, professional phone presence, and ability to quickly build rapport with university staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on target universities and departments to identify key contacts and decision-makers.
  • Verify contact information and update our outreach database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prioritize outreach efforts based on university rankings and strategic importance.
  • Engage in professional phone calls and email outreach using provided templates to promote our platform and services.
  • Follow up consistently on initial outreach attempts to ensure timely follow-through and response.
  • Handle objections and redirect conversations to appropriate contacts or stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule video interviews with confirmed contacts to discuss our platform and its benefits.
  • Provide interview questions in advance to participants and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain a detailed outreach tracker with all contact attempts, including notes and updates.
  • Update contact information, interview status, and detailed notes in our database to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Track outreach metrics and conversion rates to inform future outreach strategies and optimize results.
  • Generate weekly progress reports to share with stakeholders and track progress towards goals.
