Customer Service Representative Role

This role is responsible for managing various customer issues based on assigned accounts, including transactions related to billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support, or inbound interactions.

Customer support representatives interact with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide detailed information about products and services.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing potential customers with detailed information about our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer engagement during peak volume periods, specifically the 6-month policy renewal season.
  • Process non-licensed service requests in collaboration with Customer Experience Coordinators, while transferring or providing call-back options for licensed representatives.
  • Facilitate resolution of escalated or sensitive customer complaints through verbal or written communication with internal teams.
  • Adhere to provided scripts and FAQ responses.
  • Leverage company insurance products knowledge to assist customers.
  • Answer customer calls and respond to complaints.
  • Access customer accounts and policy schedules.
  • Provide detailed information about policies and products.
  • Recommend available products.
  • Forward customers to sales agents for policy initiation or upgrades.
  • Document complaint reports.
  • Maintain the customer complaint database.

  • Able to multitask efficiently under time pressure.
