Job Description

The Product Operations Analyst is responsible for researching tasks in a proprietary platform to automate healthcare administration processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is meticulous, tech-savvy, and eager to work on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform automated data entry into electronic medical record systems as part of R&D efforts.
  • Complete workflow tasks using scripts, information from the clients' workflow queue, customer EHRs, portals, knowledge base articles, artifacts, or assistance from the production operations team.
  • Review and update knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with electronic medical record systems.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is valued.

Other required skills and qualifications:

  • Comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Fluent in English.
