Job Description

The Product Operations Analyst role is focused on automating healthcare administration tasks by researching and utilizing proprietary platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry into various electronic medical record systems as part of research and development efforts.
  • Complete workflow tasks using scripts, available information in the Client's Workflow Queue, customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, or assistance from the Production Operations team.
  • Review and update knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within electronic medical record systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena.
