We are seeking a highly organized and emotionally intelligent professional to support our team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to handle people operations effectively.
Main Responsibilities- Clinical Administration and People Operations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff regarding schedules, time off, or payroll data
- Coordinate shift coverage during absences and manage staff schedules
- Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly)
- Assist staff in tracking and ordering office supplies
- Escalate complex HR issues to leadership while including guidance from our PEO
- Business and Sales Support:
- Track client renewal dates and prepare employer reports
- General Administrative Support:
- Assist with job postings and interview scheduling
- Respond to routine questions
- Help document and maintain internal SOPs
- Be accessible via phone, email, and text during business hours
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage team dynamics professionally
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software
