The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR tasks. The HR Assistant will play a key role in maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations while supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and hard copy).
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding forms, and memos.
  • Support payroll processing by gathering attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, including leave credits, health insurance, and government-mandated contributions.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, orientations, and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as answering HR-related queries and preparing reports.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is not required but highly recommended.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Intern, or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
