Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Engagement Specialist to develop and manage programs that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

This role is crucial for fostering a positive company culture and ensuring employees feel valued and connected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Design and execute a calendar of engagement events, from team-building activities to company-wide celebrations.

  • Culture & Communication: Act as a culture ambassador, creating internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged.

  • Data Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Employee Support: Assist with employee relations and use exit interview data to improve retention.

  • Logistics & Admin: Manage logistics for all engagement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement.

  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • Creative, people-oriented, and analytical.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
