Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished leader to spearhead our Consulting endeavors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong background in client relationship management, experience with project delivery and team leadership, as well as excellent communication skills.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assign project resources to client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders through partnership, cooperation, and trust.
  • Manage concurrent client projects while maintaining oversight to identify risk, escalations, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
  • Mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery.
  • Provide teams with clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities, and growth plan by communicating and managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Monitor the alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years demonstrated client relationship skills and experience setting and managing client expectations.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively up to Executive Levels.
  • Extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects in alignment with project commitments.
