We are seeking a skilled Crypto Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Crypto Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer support via live chats and emails, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective resolutions to their queries.
- Relationship Building: Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and other departments, to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain working knowledge of client products and services, including features, functionality, and best practices.
- Languages: Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the crypto industry.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems, analytical and research skills, and a personal or professional background in trading/investments/blockchain.
- Personal Qualities: Positive and responsible attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
- Technical Support: Experience in technical support, preferably in the crypto industry.
