Talent Operations Coordinator Job Description
  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling and providing a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Support the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  2. Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional candidate experiences by managing interview logistics, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HRBPs to collaborate on performance improvement initiatives.
  4. Onboarding Tasks: Oversee point-person duties for new hires, including background check management and I-9 verification paperwork.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency.
  6. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency, and comply with location-specific laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably related to Human Resources or Psychology.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of recruitment coordination or project coordination experience in fast-paced environments.
  3. Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English.
  4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  5. Technical Skills: Experience with Workday as an ATS and familiarity with scheduling tools.
