Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team and help redefine the future of work. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top talent from diverse industries and roles.

Your mission will be to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, sourcing platforms, social media, and more. You will conduct interviews, screenings, and onboarding processes to match high-quality candidates with job descriptions.

You will manage initial candidate processing by verifying references, experience, and sending offer letters to ensure only top-quality applicants are hired. Additionally, you will update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the latest information regarding candidates, their stages, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines.

Collaborating with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners, you will diversify strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates in large volumes. You will also debrief candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, workflows, and routines they should follow.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar fields is required.

Proven experience in talent sourcing and hiring, recruitment marketing, and working as a full-cycle recruiter is essential. You must have experience sourcing through social media, working with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS), and used data to validate the success of hiring efforts.

A strong calendar management skillset, attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and strong verbal and written communication in English are necessary. You must be a tech-savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset and ability to set actionable plans. Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team players who thrive in fast-paced environments are ideal candidates for this role.
