Job Title: Sourcing Expert

A skilled Sourcing Expert is responsible for conducting thorough research and utilizing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Implementing cost-effective approaches to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Developing a network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
  • Prescreening and paper screening of candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews.
  • Creating tracking systems for all candidates and maintaining an internal database.
  • Collaborating with managers and other departments to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential candidates.
  • Utilizing various channels, online portals, and social networking sites to connect with potential candidates and manage job postings.
Requirements
  • 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in using different channels, social network sites, online portals, and resume databases to source potential candidates.
  • Hands-on experience in using tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a healthcare/medical related field is a plus but not required.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes such as video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc. is a plus but not required.
