Neksjob is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers' requests are managed in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role

As a Travel Account Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls and inquiries with a high level of professionalism and expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Answering and resolving customer inquiries in a friendly and confident manner
  • Maintaining accurate and organized files and records
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to meet customer needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 9 months experience in a similar BPO travel account position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
