JOB SUMMARY:

The Ractech position reports directly to Team Leader. This position is responsible in overall operations of air conditioning and refrigerated systems. He ensures the maintenance and repairs, heating and ventilations of equipment's in all outlets of the company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible in installing, maintaining and repairing, ventilation of air conditioning and refrigerated systems owned by the company in all outlets.

Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety and operation concerns.

Make recommendations to Team Leaders to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacements cost.

Assists in verification of refrigeration and air conditioning spares purchased or supplied.

Prepares documentation for the purpose of providing written support and conveying information.

Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing function of air condition and refrigeration units of the company.

Cleans air conditioning and refrigeration units for the purpose of ensuring units are operating properly.

Prepare and submit daily accomplishment report.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of Vocational Courses related to Refrigerator/Air-con Technician.

  2. Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of air-cons and cooling or heat systems;

  3. Have the ability to detect damages and malfunctions;

  4. Know how to change spare parts;

  5. Must have good communication skills;

  6. Hardworking and flexible.

SCOPE OF DECISION MAKING:

§ As advised by the Department Head

PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITION:

§ 6 days a week at 8 hours a day, Monday to Saturday

§ well-ventilated working space

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
