Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Development Lead to drive the development and enhancement of our products from conception to launch. This role will focus on strategic planning, leadership, and process improvement.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning: Own and lead strategic projects for Engineering and Business, including third-party integrations, marketplace growth, eCommerce technology, and business projects such as General Ledger replacements and department tool enhancements.
  • Process Leadership: Develop and lead business projects across the company, streamlining and automating processes, and continuously improving platform and toolset features.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ecommerce Knowledge: Understanding of eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Databases (SQL Server and MySQL), and reporting platforms (Cognos and MS SSRS).
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar PM tools.
  • Methodology Acumen: Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, GAP Analysis, SWOT, and related methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to articulate complex concepts to business audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strategic Mindset: Willingness to challenge status quo and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Direct client-facing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
