Account Manager Position

The Account Manager role is a vital part of our sales strategy, focusing on developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue potential clients, create tailored plans to meet sales targets, expand the customer base, build a pipeline through research, networking, and referrals, deliver presentations and proposals.
  • Client Relationships: Manage and grow connections with existing accounts, understand client needs, provide customized solutions, ongoing support, address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, cross-sell and upsell products.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, execute trades, ensure timely order fulfillment, maintain supply chain knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain accurate CRM records, provide regular sales reports, participate in team meetings, contribute to forecasting, share market insights.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work onsite in Sucat, Paranaque with a standard office schedule
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of trading practices, commodity markets, or industry regulations is beneficial
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
