We are seeking a Business Growth Ambassador to drive our sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.
- Review brands starting the sign-up process & their profile
- Welcome new clients, answer questions, handle objections, and clarify our value proposition
- Understand client needs and manage expectations, educating them on our product
- Qualify plans most suitable for each brand/ cost-effective
- Set best practices and expectations for maximising Tracking, Content, Promotion & Commission
- Salesforce Admin - keep records up-to-date and set communication flows
- Provide feedback on common insights/objections to our internal business team
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a tech/SaaS environment
- A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- A results-oriented mindset with experience meeting/exceeding targets
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent spoken/written English communication skills
