Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Order Coordinator to support our production, logistics, and sales teams. The successful candidate will work closely with these teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within our ERP system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
