EDI Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced EDI Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining EDI systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor EDI communications to ensure seamless data exchange with trading partners.
  • Utilize EDI application dashboards and reports to assess system health and process transactions daily.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI-related issues in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Coordinate new EDI trading partner setups and document implementations.
  • Assist with EDI testing, including data setup and document testing with trading partners.
  • Recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and process flowcharts for all EDI operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or related field.
  • Experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems and applications.
  • Proficiency using Logistics Software Systems to track shipments, inventory, and orders.
  • MS Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with EDI documents in retail industry such as 850 / 856 / 810 / 940 / 945.
  • Knowledge of Operations Management Principles and Practices.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
