Job Description

We are seeking an EDI Analyst to provide critical production support and coordinate new EDI implementations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring EDI communications, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and tracking progress with internal and external partners.

A key aspect of this role is the coordination of new EDI trading partner setups and documenting implementations.

This position also involves recommending system and business process enhancements to optimize EDI efficiency and managing aspects of account setup, including generating web users and EDI, BOL, and carrier account numbers.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or related field.
  • EDI Experience is essential.
Preferred Skills
  • Managing SPS Commerce is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in analyzing written materials and quantitative data.
  • Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Operations Management Principles and Practices.
  • Proficiency using Logistics Software Systems.
