Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled EDI Analyst to join our team. As an EDI Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our EDI systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted daily business processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in EDI analysis, customer service, and logistics management. You will be proficient in using logistics software systems to track shipments, inventory, and orders. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain EDI systems to ensure smooth data exchange with partners
  • Troubleshoot EDI-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them
  • Coordinate new EDI implementations and document setup procedures
  • Recommend system and process improvements to optimize EDI efficiency
  • Manage aspects of account setup, including generating web users and EDI accounts
  • Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage and resolve billing and rate discrepancies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field
  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or related field
  • EDI Experience
  • Preferred: Experience in Warehouse Distribution, Order Picking and Buying
Skills:
  • Managing SPS Commerce
  • Expertise in analyzing written materials and quantitative data to interpret findings and develop actionable recommendations
  • Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge of Operations Management Principles and Practices
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Proficiency using Logistics Software Systems to Track Shipments, Inventory and Orders
  • MS Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
