Our organization seeks an experienced and detail-oriented financial operations specialist to manage accurate financial records, reconcile statements, create spreadsheets, invoice clients, and organize receipts.
Responsibilities:- Utilize accounting software to categorize transactions, manage accounts receivable/payable, and track expenses.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Manage client invoicing and payment processing.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
- Support payroll and expense tracking.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
